Gemini E. Brown writes about the people we love, the wounds we inherit, and the pasts we spend years trying to outrun. With an eye toward the quiet complexities of family and relationships, Brown is drawn to characters who are imperfect, resilient, and searching for something they may not yet have the words to name.
Brown’s debut novel, Rainy Days, coming November 2026, is a story of love and loss, fractured family ties, and the long shadow of childhood—an exploration of what we carry with us, what we leave behind, and whether healing can ever truly happen without first confronting the past.
At the heart of Brown’s work is a fascination with the contradictions of human connection: how the same people can be both wound and refuge, how love can survive alongside resentment, and how sometimes finding your way home requires deciding for yourself what—and who—home will be.
When not writing, Brown can be found getting lost in a good book, finding inspiration in the beautifully complicated nature of human connections, or enjoying downtime with family and friends.
